Please read carefully and ensure the following before booking your load in.

The load must conform to the following.

Loading must be forklift loading.

Unloading must be forklift offloading.

Collections must be available AT LEAST between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure you will be open and pallets are ready to load when agreed.

The delivery point must be open AT LEAST between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure that they will be open.

We do not provide time specific deliveries. The load will be delivered same day or otherwise next day as agreed.

Each pallet must be 500kg or under. These must be weighed by yourselves to check the weight prior to collection, not estimated.

The total weight of the load must not exceed 1000kg.

Each pallet must be under 5ft tall.

Each pallet must be of standard pallet size (100cm x120cm) or smaller.

The value of the load carried must not exceed £50000.

The load must be securely wrapped to the pallet and weatherproof for loading and unloading.

The load must not overhang the edges of the pallet.

The load must not be leaking fluids powders or granular material.

The load must not contain hazardous materials.

The load paperwork must be securely attached to the pallet.

Please note, We do not currently operate through or into congestion charging zones clean air zones or toll routes.

Same day/ next day service cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions, or illness for example. In these events care will be taken to complete the delivery as soon as possible.

We no longer drive onto scrap yards or building sites due to recurrent tyre damage, so we provide a kerbside service to these premises.
